Job Description:

Join us as an AI Engineer and be a part of a compassionate and innovative team dedicated to making a tangible difference in mental health care. Your role is pivotal in evolving our AI-powered chatbot, a friend and guide for those in need. Collaborate with psychologists, data scientists, and fellow engineers to craft a chatbot that not only responds but truly understands and empathizes, providing genuine support to our users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and refine machine learning models to deeply understand user communications.

  • Work hand-in-hand with mental health experts, embedding therapeutic wisdom into our chatbot’s heart.

  • Regularly evaluate and enhance the chatbot through user feedback and cutting-edge research in AI and mental health.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring user confidentiality and privacy are never compromised.

  • Stay passionately engaged with the latest in AI, NLP, and mental health research, continually enriching our chatbot’s ability to connect and care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated experience in AI development, with a special affinity for NLP or chatbot technologies.

  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

  • Background or interest in mental health, psychology, or related fields is highly valued.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and ML model deployment is advantageous.
