Job Description:
Join us as an AI Engineer and be a part of a compassionate and innovative team dedicated to making a tangible difference in mental health care. Your role is pivotal in evolving our AI-powered chatbot, a friend and guide for those in need. Collaborate with psychologists, data scientists, and fellow engineers to craft a chatbot that not only responds but truly understands and empathizes, providing genuine support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and refine machine learning models to deeply understand user communications.
Work hand-in-hand with mental health experts, embedding therapeutic wisdom into our chatbot’s heart.
Regularly evaluate and enhance the chatbot through user feedback and cutting-edge research in AI and mental health.
Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring user confidentiality and privacy are never compromised.
Stay passionately engaged with the latest in AI, NLP, and mental health research, continually enriching our chatbot’s ability to connect and care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in AI development, with a special affinity for NLP or chatbot technologies.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Background or interest in mental health, psychology, or related fields is highly valued.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and ML model deployment is advantageous.
