(Fresher/Middle Level)

Responsibilities:

  • Build, deploy, and optimize AI pipeline, ensuring high performance and accuracy; focusing on the mental health domain

  • Improve and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and chatbot agents to enhance user experiences

  • Build reasoning agents and intelligent systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge NLP/Multimodal technologies into our products and services

  • Keep updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply this knowledge to improve AI pipelines in our products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Deep understanding of Transformer, RAG pipeline, AI data flow

  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with NLP&RAG libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, Sklearn, Pytorch, LLamaIndex, Midjournal).

  • Showcasing strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Solid coding practices via SOLID principles, clean code

  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs

  • For Fresher level

    • Have at least 1 YOE in NLP/AI like Tokenization, BERT, LLMs, RAG, Agents, MCP

    • Experience in optimizing model performance and response time.

  • For Middle level

    • At least 3 YOEs in NLP/AI with extensive experience and familiarity with the latest advancements in BERT, LLMs, RAG, Agents, MCP

    • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated NLP systems and models in a real-world environment, with optimal runtime and accuracy.

    • Proficiency in developing Redis Cache, Asynchronous programming

Preferred:

  • Have experience in the mental health domain, knowledge in CBT psychotherapy treatment

  • Familiar with AI-native development (Claude, Cursor, …)

  • Familiar with CI/CD on Github, VPS, K8Lens/K9s

  • Proven track record of conducting high-quality research and publishing in top-tier journals and conferences; OR awards in AI/ICPC/ACM competitions
