Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and enhance product offerings. This role involves market analysis, partnership development, product diversification, and spearheading initiatives to position Murror as a leader in the AI-driven mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the mental health and AI technology sectors.

• Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, targeting key segments including individuals, therapists, and healthcare providers.

• Forge strategic partnerships with healthcare entities, technology companies, and academic institutions to enhance product development and market reach.

• Lead product diversification efforts to introduce innovative AI-driven mental health solutions.

• Stay abreast of technological advancements in AI and integrate them into our solutions to improve user experience and outcomes.

• Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to build brand awareness and establish Murror as a trusted name in mental health.

• Design and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth and achieve revenue targets.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adapt plans based on market feedback and trends.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or AI sectors.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

• Strong understanding of the mental health industry and AI technology.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
