Job Description:

You're a multi-talented creator with a sharp content mind, fluent and expressive in English - as natural as chatting with a close friend.

You understand what young people go through, and you want to use your creativity to reach those feeling burnt out, lost, or simply searching for a safe space to understand themselves.

Responsibilities:

Self-driven ideation and production

Create short-form videos (10-60s) to:

• Drive Murror app downloads via TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

• Produce emotional, relatable, healing, and viral content

• Tell stories or shoot videos in POV, reaction, confessional, or tutorial formats - in English

Leverage AI to accelerate and enhance creative output

Use tools like RunwayML, Descript, ElevenLabs, D-ID, etc. to:

• Edit faster, generate voiceovers, and apply effects

• Conduct A/B tests and optimize content based on metrics (retention rate, view-through rate, conversions)

• Collaborate closely with the growth team to align content with performance campaigns

Create Gen Z-style content in fluent English

• Write scripts and record videos with natural English delivery (American or British accent welcome)

• Craft captions, dialogues, and memes that resonate with young international audiences

• Stay tuned into global Gen Z culture, trends, and memes - beyond just Vietnam

Requirements:

• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere, or AI-powered platforms)

• Excellent English: clear pronunciation, flexible word usage, native-level fluency (preferred: personal content channel or prior English content experience)

• Strong content mindset: not just “trendy,” but “impactful”
