Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing & Event Coordinator Intern to support our marketing efforts by creating engaging content across social media platforms and assisting in the seamless execution of both virtual and in-person events. You will have the opportunity to develop your creative and organizational skills while working on impactful projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and support overall communication strategy

• Write posts, edit basic images/videos to increase engagement using tools like Canva and CapCut

• Plan, manage, and track the performance of communication campaigns, supporting both online and offline marketing activities

• Support event organization from ideation, material preparation, and coordination with departments to guest management and post-event reporting

• Research and apply new design and communication trends to enhance content quality and audience engagement
  

Requirements:

• University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related fields

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing skills, and basic design proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)

• Passionate about event organization with strong planning and communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility

• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends for event support when needed.
